Scholarships

Mountain View College offers a variety of scholarships designed to help you and your family pay for college. Scholarships and grants are types of gift aid that do not have to be repaid. They may take the form of College scholarships, federal or state grants, or outside scholarships.

Scholarships Sources

Academic Scholarship

Mountain View College believes in academic excellence and recognizes achievements of students. High school graduates who graduated class valedictorian and class salutatorian are given scholarship grants.

Earned Scholarship

Earned Scholarship is given to deserving students who maintained academic excellence during a particular semester. Earned scholarship is based on the GPA of the student on the preceding semester.

Scholarship Status: NOT AVAILABLE / SUSPENDED

TES/UniFAST

Pursuant to RA 10931 otherwise known as the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act,” Section 7 which stipulates that subject to the availability of funds: “The TES shall be administered by the UniFAST Board and the amount necessary to fund the TES shall be included in the budgets of the CHED and the TESDA.

Application is NOT OPEN YET.

CHED Scholarship

The CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs) are intended for entering first year students who are eligible for college whose General Weighted Average (GWA) is at least 96% or its equivalent for Full Merit Program and 93% to 95% or its equivalent for Half Merit Program.

Deadline of Submission is on August 15, 2021

The office of MVC Scholarship screens and approves student applicants for any scholarship grants to deserving students.
